In the period that your company develops in a slow speed or in bad economy environment, you can hire less employees and fire people who do little work in your company. Yes, it seems that it is a little cruel to do that. However, as a company owner, you are responsibility for the business and other industrious employees. Try hiring temporary employees in busy season and maintaining a small active employee group.

3. Experience is priceless
There must be some experienced employees in your company and from whom you can get many advices and benefits. Hire trainees for your company and ask the experienced people to lead them. If you are in need of a person who is professional in some aspect for a short time, you need not to hire him. Instead, you can find an independent contractor. It cost you less than hires him or asks help from another company.
