2. Don't Shop When You're Hungry

I don't know if you have the same feeling that you will shop more than usual when you are hungry. When I do shopping hungry, everything seems very delicious and I would like to try everything: vegetable, milk, bread, fruit and junk food…

In case you would do shopping when you are hungry, take some food before shopping. It doesn't need to be much, pieces of cakes will work.

 

3. Buy in Bulk

If you want to buy same items every week or month, try to buy in bulk, because it is cheaper. For example, buying tissues in bulk pack costs less than buying small rolls and boxes.

4. Try Store Brands

Many people hesitate to change from name brands to store brands. As a matter of fact, a lot of store brand products are good and cheap. Actually, products of store brand don't even have a difference from brand products. If you make a try one time, you will understand what I said.

 

5. Use Your Own Bags!

Each bag from grocery stores may cost you a nickel only. Generally every week, the expenses in bags will count for 40 cents. It doesn't sound like much, but it does! That's 20 bucks a year. Also, using your own bags instead of plastic bags is good for the environment.
