It’s absolutely great that you found a piece of perfect jewelery you loved online, yet it is worst that after you placed the order and made the payment, you tracked the package every day, and finally you got it, but it's broken, or looks very cheap, or just not what you want. What you're gonna do? Return! Don't know how to do it? Here are some easy tips for you.
1. DO IT ASAP!

You should bear this point in your mind at any time, even though many merchandisers state that they allow over 90 days for returns. The reason to do it ASAP is that the earlier you appeal to returns, the earlier and faster you can get your money back. Another important reason is that if you don't do it right now, you may don't do it forever, which I am sure is not what you want.
The moment you receive the package and realize items you don’t want, please fill the return form attached and send it to the nearest post office. Certainly, the best is that you can give it to the courier who sends the package, or you can call express companies such as UPS, Fed Ex to collect your package.
2. Understand Return Policy
To understand the return policy of your shopping store is to save more for you. For example, some stores offer free return shipping while some stores require you to pay mileage. Whatever they are, online stores will write it clearly at return policy which is usually under "customer service".
Another reason to read the return policy is that it tells you how to process the returns, how long it will take, do they require you to return good from certain retailers and much more.
3. Follow and check up!
Generally, it takes much longer than usual to process returns, so you need to be a little patient, but it does not mean there is no need the check up on them. If it's been over two weeks, you'd better to call the retailer or the shop to figure out what is going on, especially during hot seasons, until you are sure that money was put back into your account.
